Managed Print Services (MPS) is an agreement based on a set number of printed and copied pages.  Agreements are written on a cost-per-page basis that differ depending on what you print.  Costs can change depending on:

• Type of printer or copier
• Black-and-white vs color 
• Size of the paper you print on
• If you print on both sides of the paper (duplex)
• Other factors 

So, what do you get with managed print services?  It can be easily explained with "supplies, parts and labor".   Supplies includes the ink/toner for your covered devices and other consumables.  Parts and labor are covered in your agreement - if you have a copier that breaks, you're covered.
